Garden Room in Rugby
Design Approach
Our client loves her garden and wanted a peaceful haven to enjoy in the evenings.
To achieve this vision, our client enlisted the services of Vagdia & Holmes Architects to design the perfect scheme.
FGR frequently collaborates with Vagdia & Holmes, working closely with them to make our clients’ dreams a reality.
Additionally, We contracted a local artisan blacksmith who worked with us to create the floral pattern hanging swing seats to the customers design.
The building is traditionally built with concrete foundations, brick cavity walls and a fibre glass flat roof.
We constructed a patio area and raised beds to complement the main building and formed a raised area to the rear with a series of linked water butts to harvest rainwater to keep the clients garden fed all year round.
Internally the client chose a floral patterned paper on one wall which looks stunning
We hope she enjoys those peaceful times in this wonderful space for many years.
